I do wish we could discover that religion has a soul and can be lived from the soul, that we would live the values we preach and embody the image we present to the world. Then we might become a religious nation — thoughtful, trusting, and capable of being a compassionate member of the world community.

Upcoming Events
This is an upcoming workshop that I recommend:
Dear friends / students,
I'm writing to invite you to Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health for a very
special Art and Yoga retreat -September 29 through October 3rd.
An immersion like this one, even for just 5 days, can deepen your practice and bring
unexpected healing and rejuvenation. I have just returned from a month of training
teachers in New Mexico, where I experienced a spacious, calm, healing, bliss in our
practice each morning. I look forward to sharing this experience with you in the
beautiful Berkshires.
Each session of the retreat will include Kundalini yoga, meditation, and creative work.
We will practice the Aquarian Sadhana in the Amrit vela and even have an Art opening!
The workshop is designed for everyone with an interest in the healing power of art
and yoga. Seasoned artists, teachers, and healers will work alongside beginners to
everyone's benefit.
To register or for more information visit: www.kripalu.org
I hope you can join us.
Blessings
